Bio
Anel Carmona is a New York city based writer/actor originally from Guadalajara, Mexico. She's participated as an actor in dozens of plays and musicals in both: The US and Mexico. She is the author of Church Of The Winter and Ice Cream, Fro-yo and Accusations Of The Murder Of John Lennon, both with premieres in NYC; as well Brief Treatise on Chocolate and A Game of a Lifetime with runs in Mexico and Texas. She was a translation coach for the short film adaptation of Dolores by Voz. Anel holds an MFA in Playwriting from The Actors Studio Drama School and is a graduate from The American Musical Dramatic Academy.
